A household name since his appearances on The Great British Menu in 2012 and 2013, Mark Greenaway believes in using fresh produce, locally sourced where possible, for his imaginative, delicious creations.

Those looking to indulge will love the eight course tasting menu, while the restaurant's market menu – available at lunchtime and in the early evening – is perfect for those on a shorter time scale. The restaurant's a la carte menu rounds off its offering.

One of its most unusual features is a small wine cellar, housed in the former bank's original walk-in vault. Wines may quite literally be behind bars, but their sommelier is keen to let guests try the wines available by the glass before ordering.
