Naked Fish Supper - White fish lightly marinated in a lemon and dill, pan-fried in butter & served with wilted seasonal greens and a heritage potato salad. Far tastier and healthier than any other fish supper in town! £12

Kaitak Kedgeree - Classic British Raj breakfast dish now enjoyed at all times. Made with smoked Haddock, mild spices, boiled eggs and brought together with brown basmati rice. £10

Polenta with Caponata – Polenta made with vegetable stock, herbs & parmesan, then sliced & pan fried. Served with an Italian style ratatouille. £10
